Coir ( or coconut fibre, is a natural fibre extracted from the husk of coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes, and mattresses. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut.
Coir Fibre is extracted from matured green and brown Coconut Husks. It is then processed into the finest fibres. Coir Fibre is of two types–brown and white. Coir obtained from fresh green Coconut is termed as White Fibre, which is finer than the Brown Fibre. The Brown Fibre are the outcome of Seasoned Fully Matured Coconuts which lose their green colour in the process. Each of them have their own distinct types of applications. The Brown Fibre is widely used for fabrication of doormats, brushes, mattresses and other upholstery material whereas the White Fibre is used for making ropes, making fishing nets, and other eco-friendly Products.

Packaging
Product is manufactured in form of a roll wound on a paper tube and then packed in a plastic film and placed within a cardboard carton. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
Storage
It is recommended that the carbon fiber fabric are stored in a cool and dry environment. Recommended temperature range of storage is between 10 ~ 30 degree and relative humidity between 50 ~ 75%.
The carbon fiber fabric should remain in the packaging until just prior to use.
