We are as production of COCO PEAT LOW EC Indonesia Origin is a byproduct of the Coconut Fiber extraction process. It is predominantly used in horticultural and agricultural application and as an industrial absorbent. We do shipped in block with the form of compressed bales. The end user usually expands and aerates the compressed coo peat by the additional of water.
Coco Peat is made from the pith inside the coconut husk. It is naturally anti-fungal, making it an excellent choice to start seed but it is also used in rugs, ropes, brushes, and as stuffing. Coco peat gardening is also used as a soil amendment, potting mix, and in hydroponic production.
Coco peat increases the porosity of the potting mix. This helps to keep the soil loose and airy helping in better root growth. Better root growth results in better plant growth and higher yield. Coco peat increases the water holding capacity of the potting mix even as it increases the porosity of the soil.
Explaining it further, there will be no difference between soil and coco-peat. In fact, plants grown in coco-peat consumes less water. â??It takes less water and holds moisture for long. Vegetables grown in coco-peat are good in terms of quality as well.

Coir pith is also known as coco pith, or cocopeat, for its role as a substitute for peat moss in gardening. Brown coir pith comes from ripe, mature coconuts, while younger, immature coconuts produce white coir pith. To produce coir pith, the waste from coir fiber is washed, treated, dried, and graded.

USE
- Makes the soil loose and aerated, thus helping the soil to retain moisture for a longer time and allowing strong root and plant growth
It is porous and cannot be overwatered easily so it provides good drainage, required potassium and increased nitrogen supplementation for plants. It has high cellulose and lignin content.
-Ideal for growing mushrooms that grow with cellulose. It has a low ph (5.7 - 6.5) and low ec (< 1 ms/cm) and is therefore the most ideal for plants.
- Moisture retention qualities make it ideal for growing anthodium and orchid flowers.
