1.Safety Precautions
1.1 Pre-Use Inspection
Before use, inspect the helmet shell for cracks, deformation, or visible damage. Discontinue use immediately if any damage is found.
Check that the helmet lining and chin strap are intact, ensuring no loose or broken components.
Verify the battery level; ensure it is fully charged before operating.
Confirm that the SIM card and TF card are properly installed with no loose card holders.
1.2Precautions During Use
This product must be operated by trained professionals; minors are strictly prohibited from operating it.
Do not drill holes, graffiti, or modify the product arbitrarily, as this may compromise its protective performance and certification validity.
Do not store the product in high-temperature environments, open flames, highly corrosive liquids, or strong magnetic fields.
When using the explosion-proof version, strictly adhere to the explosion-proof operating procedures; do not use non-explosion-proof versions in areas with explosion hazards.
If the equipment exhibits abnormal heating, smoking, or unusual odors, immediately shut it down, move away from the hazardous area, and contact after-sales service promptly.
1.3 Maintenance and Care
Regularly wipe the housing and camera lens with a dry, soft cloth; avoid using organic solvents other than alcohol for cleaning.
The device has an IP66 protection rating; however, avoid direct immersion in liquids.
When not in use, store the device in a dry, well-ventilated area and keep it away from acids and alkalis.
It is recommended to perform a full charge-discharge cycle every 3-6 months; for extended periods of disuse, maintain the battery level at 40-60%.
