The air source treatment triplet includes three parts: air pressure reducing valve, filter and lubricator. Among them, the pressure reducing valve can stabilize the gas source, so that the gas source is in a constant state. And it can reduce the damage to the valve or actuator and other hardware due to the sudden change of the gas source pressure. The filter is used to clean the air source, which can filter the water in the compressed air and prevent the water from entering the device with the gas. The lubricator can lubricate the collective moving parts and prolong the service life of the machine body.
1. There are two ways of drainage of this filter: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage. Manual draining must be dispatched before the water level reaches the level below the filter element.
2. When adjusting the pressure, please pull up and then rotate before turning the knob, and press the knob for positioning. Turn clockwise to increase outlet pressure and counterclockwise to decrease outlet pressure. The process of adjusting the pressure should be gradually and evenly adjusted to the required pressure value and should not be adjusted in one step.
3. How to use the oil feeder: The oil feeder uses JIS K2213 oil (1S0Vg32 or the same grade oil). Please do not fill the cup more than 80% full. The number 0 is the smallest amount of oil and 9 is the largest amount of oil. It cannot be rotated from the 9-0 position. It must be rotated clockwise.
