The basic material of CON-PEARL sheets is a three-dimensionally moulded central sandwich layer on-to which a smooth plastic sheet is laminated on both sides. The thermal moulding of the central sandwich layer of thimbleshaped structure patterns creates numerous cavity spaces.
It is from this basic principle that the main product properties derive: extremely low weight, excellent rigidity and remarkable dampening properties. This combination – and the diversity of design forms – make CON-PEARL the perfect material for many applications.
