SOP:
1. Buyer sends LOI and POF of 1 month delivery
2. Seller sends Full Offer Cooperation (FCO) to Buyer. Official price and feasibility announced in the FCO.
3. Buyer sign FCO and will send along Passport of LOI Signer, Company License of LOI Signe
4. Seller send Spa, upon spa signed AH will provide allocation letter
5. Seller send Proforma Invoice
6. Imfpa
7. Buyer sends payment Instrument draft to Seller (LC revolving, BG, Sblc, Escrow USA)
8. Seller confirm draft
9. Buyer issues official Instrument
10. Seller first delivery 25 days after received instrument and will complete FOB term with sgs inspection
11. Buyer complete payment
