Kevlar fiber system is used to strengthen the concrete buildings and steel pipes, its function is similar like carbon fiber reinforced polymer.
The different is that Kevlar Fiber is insulation, non-conductive; but Carbon Fiber is conductive.So in some special situations,we should use Kevlar Fiber,such as Metro,Computer Room.
