Multiple reduction ratios are available from 10:1 to 380:1, allowing engineers to select different combinations of output speed, step resolution and torque for specific instrument mechanisms.
At 800 PPS, available output speeds range from approximately 240 rpm at 10:1 reduction to 6.3 rpm at 380:1 reduction. Output step resolution can be reduced from 1.80 deg to approximately 0.05 deg per step depending on the selected gearbox ratio.
Typical applications include precision medical instruments, portable infusion equipment, laboratory automation, optical lens positioning, PTZ camera mechanisms, smart electronic locks, access control equipment, micro valve actuators, laser leveling instruments and other compact electronic instrument systems.
OEM customization is available for winding voltage, gear ratio, output shaft, threaded shaft, lead wires, connectors and other electrical or mechanical requirements.
Custom samples are typically available in 10-20 days. Bulk production lead time depends on specification, quantity and customization requirements.
