Functions as follow:
1. The testing machine is equipped with 100KN axial actuator, which can complete the uniaxial tensile, compression and fatigue testing of materials.
2. The machine is configurate with high temperature heating box, which can complete the fatigue testing uner 1100 .
3. Adopt of imported load cell, displacement and deform extensometer, which would control the data of testing force, confining pressure, specimens deformation automatically and precisely. Such as:
a) constant stress, constant displacement, constant deformation.
b) speed of constant stress, constant displacement, constant deformation.
c) rate control of stress, displacement, deformation.
d) loading and unloading in circulation.
4. The testing machine adopts high performance electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve set with wide speed and digital controlling with full digital closed-loop speed regulation control system, smoothly (no impact) conversion among force (stress), displacement and deformation (strain).
5. Safety protections:
a) electric system: over voltage, over current, over heating.
b) measuring and c pressure, oil temp, oil-way blocking.
d) high temp system: ultralimit of high temp
e) deformation and time pre-setting, limit of deform.
f) protection of specimens rupture
6.The software of testing is working under windows with strong data processing, automatically save, display and printing.

Ethanol alcohol distillation column
1. It is standard 95-96% alcohol equipment. Also it can distill pure water.
2.The distillation system has  three columns  and  continuous  distillation  process.The process is the  same as industrial(large scale) alcohol equipment.
 Mash distillation  column distills  fermented  mash or light alcohol  to 50% alcohol ethanol .
It has red copper bubble cap trays, standard design. It auto continuously feeds material liquid, auto continuously produces 50% alcohol ethanol and auto continuously discharges waste,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The first rectification distillation  column  increases  alcohol degree  to 70-75% ,  separates  fusel oil and high boiling point  Impurities.  It auto discharges waste water,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The second rectification distillation  column  increases alcohol degree to 95%,  separates low boiling point  impurities  like acetaldehyde and methanol .
3.  The rectification system uses  industrial(large scale) standard process, but the whole set alcohol equipments are installed in one frame, like integration  module, even  you can run it by a button.
