The CF3 series large format flatbed cutting plotters can handle an extensive range of applications up to 5 cm thick. It incorporates three exhangeable head types (router, reciprocating, or tangential head) and innovative cutting technology. For an effective print and cut solution, CF3 series can be combined with Mimakis UV curable flatbed printers, the JF series.
Supports both small and large size media up to 1.6m x 3.1m (63â?³ x 122â?³). Even difficult acrylic or aluminum composite panels can be cut with consistently high accuracy. User exchangeable cutting heads to suit a wide range of conditions widen your possibilities greatly.
The Cf3 series incorporates three exchangeable head types (router head, tangential head or reciprocating head) which allow for cutting a wide range of materials. Switching heads can be done relatively quick. Other tools, such as swivel cutter, pen tool, and creasing tool, are also available.
M head(router)
The M head is used exclusively for router cutting. With a high-speed spindle, rigid materials such as acrylic or aluminum composite panels can be cut easily, even up to 50mm in thickness.
The cut depth control function enables multiple cuts for especially thick materials.
