R407C Applications
R407C is a zeotropic blend composed of difluoromethane (R32), pentafluoroethane (R125), and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R134a). Each component serves a specific function:

R32 provides heat capacity.
R125 reduces flammability.
R134a lowers operating pressure.

R-123 Refrigerant (Hydrochlorofluorocarbon)

Overview:
R-123 was specifically developed as a replacement for R-11 in low-pressure centrifugal chillers. It is widely used in modern systems engineered with the correct materials and sizes to meet specific cooling needs. However, retrofitting existing R-11 chillers to R-123 may require replacing certain components like seals, gaskets, and other system parts to ensure proper operation and avoid leaks.

ASHRAE Safety Rating: R-123 has an ASHRAE rating of B1, meaning it has low toxicity but requires more stringent safety measures. Lower personal exposure levels are allowed during normal daily operation, but machinery rooms must follow specific requirements as per ASHRAE Standard 15 (Safety Code for Mechanical Refrigeration).

Retrofitting Considerations: When converting from R-11 to R-123, modifications may be necessary, including the replacement of gaskets and seals to achieve optimal operational conditions and leak prevention.

Description:





CNG cascade consists of a series of natural gas cylinders,steel frame,valves,pipelines and high pressure fittiong.Priority sequence control panel can also be installed according to customers.



CNG cascade is used for ground storage of compressed natural gas.The steel cylinders with 250 bar operation pressure are widely used so far.



A single CNG cylinder can be delivered with bags,while,cng cascade can packaged with wooden cases.





Steel based CNG storage with 200 bar maximum pressure.We offer various sizes of CNG storage systems based on the 200 bar cylinder or other larger tanks.



The most common requirements are single cylinder, manifold cylinder pack of 15 cylinders. Other configurations are also possible.Each cylinder has a maximum void space capacity of 150 litres and a storage pressure rating of 200bar.



For these tanks, the CNG gas must be dried prior to storing in the cylinders.
