Variator and vibration tables
We are an engineering company located in denmark.
We are in the process of developing a completely new kind of an vibration table or test bench which is based on our invention, the variator.
The variator is based on a mechanical principle and allows you to adjust stroke/amplitude stepless without tools while the unit is running.
The variator is driven by an electrical motor where speed also can be adjusted if you have an ordinary frequency changer mounted in connection with the motor. That means that you can adjust amplitude and speed totally independent of each other - you can test with high amplitude and low frequency - high amplitude and high frequency - vice versa and any possible combination of theese two parameters. Amplitude can be adjusted between 0 mm and 8 mm , frequency can be adjusted between 0 hz and 100 hz . It is the plan , that the variator can be delivered in different sizes. It is our opinion, that testing products for vibration influences is a growing trend as it is very important for a manufacturer of vibration sensitive products that they are reliable.
