Lithium Grease For Concrete Pump Spare Parts

Product Application

Pump truck 00# lithium grease is made from natural fatty acid (stearic acid or 12 - hydroxy stearic acid) lithium soap, mineral oil with medium viscosity or synthetic lubricant, and synthetic lithium grease is made from mineral oil with synthetic lithium soap with medium viscosity.

Lithium grease of pump truck 00 no. 00, especially the thickening grease of 12-hypoid lithium stearate soap, after adding the antioxidant, anti-rust agent and extreme pressure agent, becomes the multi-effect and long-life universal grease, which can replace the calcium base grease and sodium base grease, used for the bearing lubrication of airplane, automobile, tank, machine tool and various mechanical equipment.

Pump truck no. 00 lithium base grease is made by thickening mineral oil with hydroxyl fatty acid lithium soap and adding various additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, etc.Lithium base grease has excellent water resistance, mechanical stability, extreme pressure resistance, water resistance and pumping resistance, rust resistance and oxidation stability. The lithium base grease can exert its superior lubrication efficiency under the extremely harsh operating conditions.

Products durable use temperature range for 20 to 120 â??.
