1. Before each tightening chain, the main engine motor cannot be powered on when the chain reducer meshing with the main engine reducer.

2. The hydraulic motor cannot be used as power transport material, otherwise it may cause premature damage to the hydraulic motor.

3. In the process of tightening chain, the materials on the main machine should be cleaned as far as possible.

4. Pay attention to the observation when tightening the chain, should understand that the scraper chain tension is increasing, remember not to make the chain too tight.
