JHG tempered glass is from 2-25mm , sizes from 100x100mm to 18000x3300mm .
The tempered glass is widely used for fence , furniture ,window, shower door ,curtain wall , floor .
It is processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass, about four times stronger than annealed, glass. When broken, tempered glass fractures into small, relatively harmless pieces, it is widen used for window, door, railing, furniture, vehicle.
JHG silk-screen printed glass is one kind of decorative glass made by printing layer of ceramic ink on the surface of glass through the screen mesh for tempering or heat-strengthening process after. As a result silk-screen printed glass is durable, scratch-proof, solar shading and with anti-glare effect.
Silk screen glass is widely usded for architecture ,home application ,furniture , auto window shild.
The processing principle of heat strengthened glass is similar to that of tempered class. Its heating temperature is a little lower than that for tempered glass. Besides, its cooling speed is low just like that of tempered glass. The only difference between such glass and tempered glass is that its strength is lower than that of tempered glass, about twice that of common glass. However, like annealed glass, its pieces (when broken) are large in size. Thus, it can't be used as safety glass. The bending of heat strengthened glass is smaller than that of tempered glass and the thermo stability of heat strengthened glass is much better than that of annealed glass.Â
As heat strengthened glass does not explode by itself, it is widely used in glass curtain walls, green

About Clear Tempered Glass
Clear tempered glass, also toughened glass, hardened glass, reinforced glass, ESG glass, impact resistant glass, is fabricated by heating clear float glass to over 600°C and cooling it rapidly, which locks the outer surfaces of the glass in a state of high compression, and the core or center of the glass in compensating tension. It is a safety glass which is used when strength, thermal resistance and safety are important considerations.
Clear Tempered Glass Characteristic
High Strength
The tempered glass performs well in resisting bending and hitting owing to its high strength which is 3-5times that of normal float glass. It is able to withstand a surface pressure of 95Mpa.
High Safety
When the tempered glass is broken, it turns into alveolate granules with obtuse angles, which guarantee safety to make sure human harmless, and the toughening process greatly reduces the risk of thermal breakage to ensure less loss.
Heat Stability
The tempered glass is capable of withstanding a temperature change of 250 to 320 while normal annealed glass can only bear 20 to 100
Clear Tempered Glass Specification
Available size: Maximum 3000*8000 mm, Minimum 150*300 mm, any customized size.
Beveling edges, cutting notches, drilling holes, grinding corners, etc. all could be done, but must be done before tempering.
Edge work
Any edges could be done perfectly on clear toughened glass, like flat polished edge (T edge), pencil edge (C edge), beveled edge, ogee edge, matt edge, corner round edge.
Holes and notches
Tempered glass can be supplied with drilled holes (no matter straight or conical) and cut notches. We will consider hole and notch locations and size according to your drawings.
Clear Tempered Glass Application
â?¢ Used in interior like bathroom glass shelves, glass partition walls, etc.
Used in exterior like window glass, greenhouse glass, etc.
Used on furniture like table top glass, cabinet door glass, etc.
Many Others.
Toughened glass is fabricated by heating annealed glass to over 600C and cooling it rapidly,
which locks the outer surfaces of the glass in a state of high compression, and the core or center of the glass in compensating tension. Round clear toughened glass is widely used for table top or center table etc.

Heat soaking is a destructive process in which a pane of tempered glass is subjected to temperatures up to 280â° c for several hours over a specific temperature gradient to induce fracture. This test insures that if there is probability of breakage then the infected panes break inside the furnace at the factory itself. Up to 95% panels are usually destroyed inside the heat soak chamber at the factory premises and hence reduce the chances of onsite breakages.
