Applications
8-12mesh, 12-18mesh, 18-30mesh ore sand after expansion, can be used as heat preservation & insulation materials in the construction field;
20-50, 30-50mesh ore after expansion can be as covering agent and deslagging agent of cast steel;
50-70 mesh, 70-90mesh, 90-120 mesh, ore after expansion can be used as beer & pharmaceutical filter agents and heat-insulation of oxygenerator low-temperature storage tank.
Expanded Perlite is an internal honeycomb structure of the white granular material made by preheated, baked and expanded perlite ore. Principle is: By preheating, fire, rapid heating(1000 above), then the moisture vaporizing,the crushed special size ore is expanded in softened ore to be porous structure, become original 10-30 times.The expanded perlite can be sorted to 3 shapes by the technical of expansion.

Raw Unexpanded Perlite Ore:
Agricultural perlite provides a more constant moisture status around the roots of plants at all times and facilitates the growth of roots.
