1.It is not allowed for cracks, pores, slag, lack of fusion, spatter during the production process.
2.Temperature would be controlled strictly. For example, we should figure out the different temperature for surface treatment about Fusion bond Epoxy coating, Coal Tar Epoxy, 3PE, Vanish Coating during the whole production.
3.It is necessary to notice that we should keep the whole temperature must not be lower than the surface of the weld surface of the pipe. For example, some of the welding reinforcement does not exceed 3mm (the maximum width of the weld after the groove).
