Working principle
Working Process: slurry is pumped into the filter press byhigh-pressure slurry pumps, the mixture flows through the filter medium (filter cloth), the solids stay on the filter cloths, forming filter cake; the filtrate exits the filter plates through the corner ports into the manifold, If it is not wanted the filtrate can be drained away for safe disposal.

Filter press is a pressure filtration method, which has the characteristics of fixed volume and batch operation, whenthe feed pumps generate pressure, solids build up in chambers until they are completely chock-full of. Once the chambers are full of solids, a fill cycle is over and the de-watered filter cakes will release, repeat the cycle, filter press will work cyclically.

LZZG Sludge Dewatering Belt Filter Press is a common type of mechanical dewatering equipment. Which is widely used for efficient dewatering of sludge from municipal, industrial, mining and aggregaes wastewater treatment plants. Especially suitable for dewatering of tailings mud such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, fluorite ore, bauxite or rare earth ore; Dewatering operations such as ore dressing wastewater, sand washing mud or wash plant sludge.

The slurry is sandwiched between two tensioned porous belts, by passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rollers. Water is then removed from the slurry and a solid material is produced.

The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre.
