We are seller of traditional smoked (dried) Ballyhoo fish or Hemiramphus sp. (Ikan Roa/Ikan Julung) from Palu, Central Celebes, Indonesia.
Ballyhoo fish is native and endemic fish in Celebes. All of them usually sold as smoked fish called Ikan Roa Manado.
Free 1 kg sample (70-80 unit) as ling as buyer want to pay the shipping cost.
Every 35 unit will packed in vacuum sealed and salt covered to prevent the bacteria. This salt cover is our special package for export consider to the sipping, can be detacthed if consumer want to consumer.
Every shippment will enclosed with export letter from authorized fish quarantine office. More documents/certificate is negotiable.
