The stainless steel mesh tubes are made of various good quality raw materials including stainless steel wire, stainless steel woven wire cloth and carbon steel wire mesh, etc. In order to meet the customers' growing demand, single layer and multilayer filters are available in every diameter and size. To enhance the filtration efficiency, multilayer filters may be consist of several different kinds of mesh.

Stainless steel mesh tubes are made from several layers of woven or perforated stainless steel wire mesh overlapped together and then sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. We can roll the sintered tube filter into a tube shape, and then weld the seam-formed sintered tube filter together. Due to the use of stainless steel material, the sintered metal mesh tube filter has excellent corrosion and high temperature resistance. It is a common industrial filter tube for liquid and gas filtration and is used in petroleum, polyester, pharmaceutical, chemical fiber, food and beverage, water treatment and other industries.

With accurate filtration precision, cylindrical filters are generally used to separate undesired rubble and can filter various fluids. With high mechanical strength, it is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff and sewage water treatment, etc.

Description
FLD Basket filter which is used to remove the solid particles in liquid is a filter element for filter. When the liquid flows into the filtration basket through main pipe, the impurity particles are blocked in the filtration basket, but the clean liquid will flow and be discharged the sewage outfall through the filter. The filter is consisted of connecting pipe, filtration basket, flange and fastener etc.

Maintenance
1.) Basket filter is the filter core. The wire mesh belongs to the wear parts. It needs a special protection.
2.) After the filter has worked for some time, the impurities are removed in the filter core in time.
3.) When cleaning the impurities, the wire mesh should be care to ensure that the core is not deformed or damaged.
4.) Once the wire mesh is deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
