1. Automatic Argon Arc(Plasma) Straight Seam Welding Machine mainly includes two parts: specially designed Straight Seam Automatic Machinery Part and Standard Welding Source Part
2. According to different welding requirement of various materials , the Automatic Straight Seam Machinery Part can be designed into two kinds : Plate Type pressing Mechanism and Keyboard Type Copper Pressing Mechanism, to get the regular and stable clamping and cooling effect.
3. Standard welding Source Part includes TIG(tungsten inert gas shielded arc welding), MIG(metal inert gas shielded arc welding) MAG(metal active gas arc welding) SAW(submerged arc welding)PAW(plasma arc welding),etc, Automatic Machinery Part can be equipped by the standard welding source manufactured by our company , can also work with other well-known brands of welding power.
4. Automatic Machinery Part is adopted PLC control, DC motor drive has stepless adjustable welding speed and interfaces with any power source .
5. Weld Seam back up design has a groove to form a weld on the bottom of a welded plate and provide consistent gas flow to the back of the weld, to assure the stable gas shield and ensure double-side forming in single side welding.
6. Automatic Straight Seam welding Machine is mainly used for the high quality and low distortion automatic straight welding, such as metallic cylinders and aligned plates made with stainless steel , iron , aluminum and brass, etc.
7. Compared with the traditional manual welding way , high welding efficiency and speed, well welding quality and good consistency.

Part 3. Machine Structure

1. TIG water cooled welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. The body of welding torch is ceramic. Welding head is driven up and down by cylinder.

2. Japan Omron CP-1H 40CDT PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.

3. We are using 6mm Copper clamping bar and 20mm copper back bar in machine.They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage. 

4.Japan Panasonic TIG welding power source. 1set power source and 1set water chiller will go with machine.
