With our product name BONDOMNI 420 G, We produce SAE Anionic Surface Sizing Agent. Since BONDOMNI 420 G is anionic can be used in combination with weakly cationic auxiliaries.
Application of BONDOMNI 420 G in the size press changes the wet ability of the Paper and reduces its water absorption. The presence of aluminium ions in the base Paper is not necessary for obtaining optimum results.
Since BONDOMNI 420 G is anionic, it can be applied in the size press with fluorescent whiteners, direct dyes or basic dyes.
The normal drying temperatures on the Paper machine are sufficient to develop full sizing. No additional curing period is required. It has good stability in the presence of large quantities of electrolytes.

Since SIZEOMNI 40S is cationic can be used in combination with weakly cationic auxiliaries. For adding SIZEOMNI 40S, the pH of solution should be 4.
For enhance the SIZEOMNI 40S performance, cationic fixing agent should be required.
Application of SIZEOMNI 40S in the size press changes the wet ability of the paper and reduces its water absorption.

SIZEOMNI 40S can be added batch-wise to the starch solution storage tank as well as continuously in the operating tank or the feeding pipe to the size press.
SIZEOMNI 40S is low foaming, so defoamers are normally not required.

Surface Sizing Agent is a synthetic copolymer of high molecular emulsifier and styrene ester monomer. It mixes well with starch and provides the starch coating with excellent cross-linking strength and hydrophobic property. It's featured by low consumption, free odor, low foaming, long foam inhibition period and excellent film forming, and it can significantly improve the water resistance capability and ring pressure strength of corrugated paper and cardboard paper. It is a sufficient substitute for internal sizing agent and has no maturation period. It is applicable to various types of surface sizing machines.

Product description: SS66 is a new and highly efficient cross-linking of starch sizing agent for corrugated paper surface sizing. SS66 is added to starch and produce cross-linking reaction with starch, grafted the starch molecules into the hydrophobic groups, thereby effectively improve the surface water resistant properties of corrugated paper.
Water resistance produced by the cross linking reaction is of very stability without the impact of fluctuation in climate and the system, solving the resurgence problem of corrugated paper in the summer rainy season.
At the same time, under condition of substituting 15%-20% starch, it maintains or further improves the paper ring crush index, has very good strength, which is the ideal product to replace the traditional sizing agent

Use Method:
Feeding raw starch and amylase(or ammonium persulfate) in proportion to gelatinize, heated to 90 degrees, add SS66 to the starch solution(tons of paper consumption 7kg-12kg), stir evenly, keep the temperature for 15~20 minutes, filter before on the machine sizing.
It can replace 15%~20% starch. (Our company can provide detailed starch gelatinization process for reference)
Packaging and storage:
This product is a solid particle, convenient to transport and use, placed in dry, ventilated, cool place.
Do not in contact with water to prevent the dissolution loss.
Packing in 25kg plastic bag.

Our company has developed new AKD modified surface sizing agent SA2600 through concentrated development for many years. Performance characteristics
1. It owns excellent water resistance performance and thermal water resistance performance.

Usage tips
Consumption: In case of separate use, 2-6 kg/ton paper is used. In case of matching with styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, the 1-3 kg/ton paper is used. The specific consumption needs to be adjusted according to the water absorption indicator requirements.
During use, the pasted starch glue solution is cooled to below 65�°C, and the stock solution of the product is added to the starch glue solution tank, and is mixed evenly before sizing; Or the metering pump is used to add starch glue solution to pipeline for continuous adding.
Starch glue solution can be added aluminum sulfate or not according to the actual conditions. The PH value of glue solution in glue solution tank is controlled at 3.5-4.5 upon the use of aluminum sulfate. In case of matching with styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, the aluminum sulfate of glue solution in sizing tank is controlled at 3.5-4.
Packing and storage
It is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic bucket and is stored in cool place (5-30C) to avoid freezing and solarization. Storage life: 3 months
