Woking Pinciple:
The cepe consists of a pai of olles with diamond gooves, ack and tansmission system. By the elative movement of the font&back olles, the machine pesses and flattens the aw mateial, dewateing the ubbe and emoving the impuities. Due to the diffeent speeds of the two olles, the aw mateial is pessed to cepe sheets with honey comb suface. Moeove, substituting fo manpowe, the use of ciculating conveyo to the machine educes the labo intensity and impoves the woking efficiency. The machine is vey easy to opeate with the featues of compact stuctue, high efficiency, low noise and low powe consumption etc.
Function:
The machine is used fo washing, ceping,dewateing, emoving the impuities, which not only could use seveal machine in a cepe sheet poduction line, but also could use the single machine in the ubbe collection station.
This cepe is suitable fo natual ubbe such as ubbe latex,coagulated latex,cup ubbe,ubbe block,scap ubbe,and so on.
