Scope
Automatic Bitumen Softening Point Tester is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T4507 â??Test Methods for Softening Point of Asphaltâ?� andT0606 â??Asphalt Softening Point Test (Ring and Ball Methods)â?� in the Industry Standard JTJ052.
It is suitable to determine softening point of petroleum asphalt, coal pitch, liquid petroleum asphalt, and other asphalts. It is the desired instrument for asphalt manufacturing companies, highway and bridge construction companies, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes.

Technical Parameters

2, measuring range: If the softening point of the sample is below 80 °C, the heating medium is distilled water, +5°C to +80 °C; If the softening point of the sample is over 80 °C, the heating medium is glycerol, +32 ° ~~ +160 °C;

4, agitator: stirring speed can be adjusted continuously;
5, heating rate: it will be adjusted to 5.0 ± 0.5 °C / min automatically after 3 minutes;
