Crunchy Tapioca chips are ever favorite for Keralites. Thin wafers of sliced Tapioca,fried in fresh cocunut oil along with added saltiness makes it the most mouth watering South Indian snack.
Tapioca Chips is a product which is made from selected Tapioca. It is processed and sliced in thin shape to avoid sticky nature in mouths. And it is cooked in a deep oil fry pan to get uniform frying and to get uniform color and crispiness.
Then the excess oil is removed absorbed during the process of cooking, this will extend the Shelf life of the final product. Then the product is coated with spices and other flavors like cream onion, chilly, tomato etc.,

7/ price: negotiable.(incoterm 2000)
8/ shipment: at the end of december 2013 and january 2014.
9/ payment: by irrevocable l/c at sight covering 100% contract value with t.T.R acceptable to be issued by international first class bank within 7 days from the date of signing the contract.
Any import taxes/levies, dthc on cargo at destinations to be at buyers’ a/c.
