Coco Blossom Sugar

Nusweet Coconut Sugar has a sweet taste, almost like brown sugar but with a slight hint of caramel. The major component of coconut sugar is sucrose followed by glucose and fructose. The "Glycemic Index" of coconut sugar is considered as "low".

Nusweet Coconut Sugar has a high mineral content compared with all other sweeteners, such as potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. Compared to brown sugar, coconut sugar is much richer in iron (36x), magnesium (4x) and zinc (10x). It also contains almost the whole Vitamin B complex.
