Surface Sizing Agent For Cultural Paper Tkb-502

Chemical composition: styrene-acryl ate emulsion
Application: used in the surface sizing system of paper and paper board
Product characteristics:
1. Good compatibility. It is compatible with anionic, non-ionic additives, CMC, PVA, oxidized starch, dye and fluorescent whitening agent, etc.
2. Low viscosity, so it is easy to deal with.
3. Nice stability.
Usage: add this product to the well-gelatinized starch solution at the proportion of 1:10~20 to surface sizing starch, then stir it and add this mixed solution to the machine continuously.

1. It can effectively increase the surface strength and improve the printability of paper.
2. It can reduce the phenomenon of dropping of fiber and powder.
3. It can improve the ink-jet printability and the adhesion of the ink.
4. It could be used to adjust the sizing degree quickly and improve the water resistance of the paper.
5. It doesnt affect the fluorescent whitening performance of the inner sizing agent

1. It is an anionic product, which should avoid being mixed with any ionic product.
2. Its shelf life lasts for 6 months under the temperature of 5-45 degrees.
