This design avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents test plug and blow protector wedging problems when pressure is applied. This design also allows for accurate vertical positioning of annular seals, control line porting and test ports.

Cement head is a device fitted to the top joint of a casing string to hold a cement plug before it is pumped down the casing during the cementing operation. In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer of cement slurry. The top plug is released form the cement head after the spacer fluid. Most cement heads can hold both the top and bottom plugs. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.

Brief introduction:
Tubing heads have straight bore bowl with 45 degree landing shoulders design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents wedging of tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs.

The upper flange is supplied with lockdown screws for packoff re-nergization and tubing hanger retention. The lower flange includes a grease fitting and orifice for testing of secondary seal.

Description: casing rollers are simple, rugged tools for restoring buckled, collapsed, or dented casing to its normal diameter and roundness. There are no pins, springs or other small parts to break or lose in the hole, making it safer to use and easier to maintain than other rollers. Operation is very simple, requiring only ample fluid circulation and slow rotary speeds.
Features: casing rollers are composed of a mandrel with a series of eccentric roll surfaces, each of which is assembled with a series of heavy-duty rollers. These rollers are secured by a nose cone which is locked to the mandrel by a series of husky ball bearings, running in a race between the nose cone and lower mandrel end. These tools may be redressed to roll a larger size by changing the rollers to proper oversize rollers.
The casing roller is equally effective using right- or left-hand rotation and left-hand connections will be furnished on request. Lower stinger connections may be furnished on a special nose cone or on the lower mandrel end on request, at additional cost.
