Xunda anti corrosive tape for underground pipe wrap tape
Xunda tape is mainly engaged in five series of products, which are inner tape, outer tape, joint tape, tape primer, and putty codd categories in nearly 100 specifications. They can be used for the purposes of steel pipe surface corrosion resistance for various pipelines in facility projects of petroleum, petrochemical industry, city gas, oil and gas storage and transportation, power, water supply, metallurgy, civil aviation, etc.
1.1 inner tape:
(anticorrosion tape, anti corrosion tape, anticorrosive tape) is for anticorrosion of underground, underwater, & overhead pipelines.
1.2 outer tape:
(protection tape, protective tape) is for protection of pipe and the surface of inner tape from damages.
1.3 joint tape:
(polyethylene tape, polyethylene tapes, pe tape, rubber tape, butyl tape, butyl rubber tape) is for anticorrosion of field joints, fittings, & specifically piping.

1.4 tape primer:
(synthetic primer) complementary product covers of the rusting steel pipe and enable to enhance the adhesive to the pipe since it is working with the adhesive of the polyethylene tape.

Polyethylene joint tape is cold applied tape coating system for anti corrosion of field joints, fittings, and specifically pipeing. The adhesive is a key in ground performance characteristic coupled with the low and high density polyethylene backing.
The joint wrap tape shall be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.

Cold Applied Tape Coating System

System Description
The POLYKEN® 980,955 is a multilayer system used for the protection of steel pipelines. POLYKEN® 1019,1027 Liquid Adhesives can be used as primers for this system. In addition to serving as primers, these liquid adhesives themselves represent an anticorrosion layer and provide a uniformly smooth contact surface to promote high adhesion of the coating system to the pipe. They are designed for machine or brush application and formulated with stress-corrosion cracking inhibitors. The Anti-Corrosion layer POLYKEN® 980 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed surface with excellent conformability characteristics. The mechanical protection layer POLYKEN® 955,achieves a complete bond to the POLYKEN® 980 inner layer, providing maximum handling and in-service protection for the coating system. The adhesives in these and all POLYKEN® tape systems contain proven anti-microbial additives. The POLYKEN® 980/955 can also be used for ductile iron pipes, in this case the use of POLYKEN® 1027 primer is recommended.
