Scraping Machine With Reducer

Scraping Machine With Reducer Introduction
40 t scraper conveyor is suitable for c, SGB SGB - 630/150-630/150, SGB - 630/150 type scraping machine deceleration machine is mainly used for slowly inclined thin coal seam of conventional mining, coal transportation in central conveyor trough, can form a complete set of MLQ1-80 type, single drum DY - 150 type shearer, MLD1-170 type single drum shearer, pillar can adopt single hydraulic prop working face (part type and external injection type two kinds), metal or metal column top beam. Gateway can match bridge stage loader, telescopic belt conveyer and scraper conveyor.
Reducer is generally used in low speed high torque transmission device, the electric motor. The internal combustion engine or other high speed operating of power on the input shaft of the reducer gear of big gear on the output shaft gear mesh less to achieve the purpose of deceleration, ordinary there is few on the same principle of gear reducer and achieve ideal reduction effect, the size of the ratio of the number of teeth on the gears, transmission ratio.
1Reducer high speed shaft speed is generally not more than 1500 r/min, gear peripheral velocity is not more than 10 m/s.
