This unique system should uses oil buckets to fill troughs that continuously feed the right amount of oil to each gearbox bearing, regardless of the direction of rotation, at pumping speeds as low as 1 strokes per minute without modification (wipers not required). The reducers oil capacity should be large enough to operate with no sump. Meets API 11E



NB:Gear reducers shall be shipped full of oil and ready to be placed into operation

High/Intermediate/Low Speed Bearings:The gear reducer should contains properly sized anti-friction bearings, rather than energy-consuming bronze bushings. Each bearing is set in a carrier for ease of removal and installation. Should meets or exceeds API 11E

Gear Reducer Seals:High and Low speed shaft should use Butadiene acrylonitrile rubber seals. Meets AP111E Section 7.4.9
