Gear Reducer:

Double helical involute, double reduction. Its unique features result in a gear reducer that can withstand heavy cyclic loads and provide years of service with minimal maintenance. Meets or exceeds API 11 The torque rating of the gears shall be as determined by API Specification 11E and AGMA Specification 422.03.

-All pinions and shafts shall be made of 4145 high alloy steel. Material certifications are required.

Gear Reducer Lubrication:An exclusive feature of every VENDOR unit is its gearbox Positive oil lubrication system. This unique system should uses oil buckets to fill troughs that continuously feed the right amount of oil to each gearbox bearing, regardless of the direction of rotation, at pumping speeds as low as 1 strokes per minute without modification (wipers not required). The reducers oil capacity should be large enough to operate with no sump. Meets API 11E



NB:Gear reducers shall be shipped full of oil and ready to be placed into operation

High/Intermediate/Low Speed Bearings:The gear reducer should contains properly sized anti-friction bearings, rather than energy-consuming bronze bushings. Each bearing is set in a carrier for ease of removal and installation. Should meets or exceeds API 11E

Gear Reducer Seals:High and Low speed shaft should use Butadiene acrylonitrile rubber seals. Meets AP111E Section 7.4.9

Housing material is high density aluminium alloy ADC-12.
Gear profile type ZK which efficiency up to 0.9. Other China made gear profile type is in ZA which efficiency up to 0.7 only. Hobbing tools for ZK profile are much expensive more than 10 times than ZA.
Material of worm shaft is 40Cr (ASTM 5140). Others makers are using 45# steel which quality is poor while using it as worm shaft.
Material of brass on worm wheel is ZQSnD10-1 (DIN GB-CuSn10/2.1051)(BS PB1) which other China makers are using ZQSND9-4 only.

Characteristics:
1. High speed ratio and efficiency
Single stage transmission can reach to 1:87 of speed-down ratio and the efficiency is more than 90%. If use multi-speed drive the speed-down ratio is bigger.

2. Compact structure and small size
Being adapted epicyclic transmission principle, the input & output shaft are at same axis center, it is compact.

3. Smooth and stable run and low noise
The cycloidal pinwheel has more meshed teeth, the overlapping coefficient id big and the machine part is stable, the vibration and noise is limited at the minimum content.

4. Reliable in operation and long life
Because the main parts are made of bearing steel through quenching treatmenthrc58-62, it got high strength. Meanwhile the transmission contact of part adapts rolling friction, so it is durable and long life.

5. Strong overload capacity, resistant to impact, small moment of inertia.
It is used for the occasion of frequently starting and positive and negative rotary.
