The Company has the capability of design, manufacture, and final assembly (commission) of complete set of rigs and provides our customers with comprehensive solutions & service of complete set of rigs to ensure them receive the highest quality oilfield products and services.

Basic parameters of this kind of rig are in accordance with SY/T5609-1999 Type & Basic Parameters of Oil Drilling Rigs:

* DC driven rig adopts international advanced AC-SCR-DC power system, realizing the stepless speed regulation for drawworks, rotary table and mud pump to obtain better drilling performance.
* AC variable frequency rig uses VFD and digital control technology, simplifying drawworks construction and enhancing drilling performance.
* Main components are manufactured in conformity with API Spec and applied API monogram on them.

This kind of rig is available in four models 1000HP, 1500HP,1500HP, 2000HP.

Power: three-(or four)-diesel-engine (2000 or 3000 series) linkages, which are connected with couplers and reducer casings.

* The drawworks and the mud pump are mechanically driven. The rotary table is independently driven by an AC/DC variable frequency motor.
* Easy installation and better sealing as a result of taking an integral chain box or V-belt compound transmission unit.
* The drawworks is equipped with the grooved drum and shifting a gear for it is carried out by air cylinders. The hydraulic disc brake is regarded as main brake and the eddy current brake as auxiliary brake.
* The rotary table is driven independently by AC variable frequency motor and can accomplish stepless speed regulation with 0~210r/min. AC is supplied by an auxiliary generator set.
* Main mechanical parts are manufactured in conformity with API Spec and applied API monogram on them.

Drilling Rigs:
We supply a full line of drilling rig packages: skid-mounted drilling rigs, truck-mounted drilling rigs and trailer-mounted drilling rigs. Our skid-mounted drilling rigs include diesel electric AC/VFD or DC/SCR drive rigs, mechanical drive rigs, and combination drive rigs, from 1, 000 HP to 6, 000 HP. Our truck-mounted drilling rigs range from 450 HP to 1, 000 HP.

Workover Rigs:
Our product line includes onshore workover rigs, which range from 150 HP to 1, 000 HP. The service depth of our workover rigs usually equipped with Caterpillar diesel engines and Allison transmissions is from 8, 000 ft to 30, 000 ft.

Drilling Equipment:
We sell a full line of API certified drilling rig components including masts, substructures, drawworks, crown blocks, traveling blocks, hooks, hook blocks, swivels, rotary tables, and top drives. The rated load of our AC/VFD drive top drives is from 190 tons to 1, 000 tons.

1.Introduction of JDL-300 mud/air drilling rig
JDL-300 mud/air drilling rig is a water well drilling rig that mix mud drilling rig and air drilling rig in one equipment with mechanical top head. It is a good solution to the difficulty of drilling in the soil layer for DTH rig and the low efficiency of drilling for mud rotary rig in the hard rock, gravel and pebble layer. The mud/air drilling rig adapts to various soil strata. The mud/air drilling rig is efficiency and energy saving to drill water well and geological exploration of core sample.
2.Features of JDL-300 mud/air drilling rig
·The rig can be equipped with a five-speed manual integrated gearbox, hydraulically separated bearings, full synchronizer shifting, high reliability and long service life.
·The drilling rig adopts a mechanical winch, which has a fast lifting speed and is easy to handle the bottom hole accident.
