1.Adopt thread cold rolling technology, no cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal.
2.With spiral lead angle technology, easy to roll thread and ensure higher thread accuracy.
3.Rib peeling device adopts automatic opening-closing mechanism. With high efficiency, need only 20 seconds to finish a threaded end.
4.Be able to process rebar sizes 14-40mm, and max. thread length is 120mm for 16-32mm rebar, and 100mm length for 36-40mm rebar with 7.5kw electric motor.
5.The updated version of AGS-40C and AGS-40Z, the wheelbase and shaft diameter of reducer is bigger than AGS-40 and 40E, so that the machine length is longer than AGS-40C.
6.The height of electric motor and reducer is lower than before, so that it could reduce the center of gravity of the whole machine.
7. Equipped with air compressor.
8. There are 2 machine heads for AGS-50D, 1 is for 14-40mm, and the other for 50mm rebar screw.
