Raw Material Used: Mild Steel & Cast Iron.
For forming of Detergent Bars.
After mixing the detergent chemicals Plodder Machine compresses the detergent paste & extrudes it in the form of bar of designed die shape & section, which is than divided into cakes as per desired length.
Feeding of the detergent paste has to be continuous through the hopper to the press worm.
Press worm strongly compresses and forwards the detergent paste into the conical forepart, finally it leaves the die.
The orifice of the die is designed as per the required shape of the Detergent Cake by the customer.
Double bars are extruded at the same time.

3.1Brief Introduction
This machine is a double cylinder dry ice particle manufacturing equipment,
composed of the body, cooling converter, liquid Carb
Using hydraulic extrusion molding, can produce translucent, high density dry
ice particles. Different specifications of dry ice particles can be produced by
changing the mold. The length of dry ice particles can be adjusted by adjusting
the feeding time.
All the key parts and components are imported from international famous
brand , to ensure the safety and stable operation of the equipment. With low
failure rate, the equipment can produce for 24 hours continuously.

3.2Machine Features
Manually adjust the oil pressure of the system through the pilot relief valve.
The adjustment range is 0.6~20MPa .
By two pressure relays, the actual pressure before and after of the main cylin-
der can be controlled separately.
Through the electromagnetic reversing valve to achieve the main cylinder
compression, jacking and back actions.
Each subsystem forms a closed loop control, making the operation stable and
