Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion 3Pe Coating Lines

The ever-expanding oil and gas pipeline network around the world is nowadays mainly built by using plastic coated steel pipes because the plastic coating gives great life expectancy and superior mechanical and corrosive resistance to the pipe. Steel pipe 3PE anticorrosive coating line is a multi-layer system that integrates FBE in North America and PE layer in Europe.

3PE anti-corrosion coating production line can be used for anti-corrosion purpose with single-layer FBE, double-layer (adhesive and PE) and triple-layer (FBE, adhesive and PE).

This production line consists of steel pipe conveying system, surface treatment system, dedusting system, steel pipe heating system, electrostatic spraying system, Coating system, end polishing system, hydraulically and pneumatically driving system, electric controlling system and inspection system.
