Description:
The whole line is assembled with an automatic bale opener which is developed recently; Fiber blower 3 way device; 2 sets of ball fiber machine; a fiber storage and automatic filling table.
The 2 sets of ball fiber machine is running all the same time to achieve enough capacity.
Put a whole bale raw material of fiber into the bale opener which will be transported to the ball fiber machines separately and automatically controlled by PLC control system.
The whole line can be handled by only one operator working at the filling tables.
First of all set up the producing time from the control screen according to the ball fiber size required; note that the longer time the smaller size.
The second sent up the filling time from the control screen according to the production filling quantity after testing, such like pillow 50*70cm with 600g and the filling time can be around 10second and so on.
There are 2 operation functions in the control program which is adjustable filling time set up and filling time controlled by foot switch manually.

Description:
1) The down and feather filling machine can be used for filling pillows, cushions and comforter. And the filling material could be down, feather and micro fiber.
2) QL002-MT is assembled with a raw material storage, material mixer, material transporter, filling device, electronic scale (weighing device) and recycle dust collection system.
3) The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 operator.
4) First of all put the raw down material into the raw material storage where there is one blender, the blender drives the material running, so the material can be easily sucked into the mixer.
5) There are 2 sections inside of the mixer that can hold about 10 to 15kg material once a time. The alarm system will make a warning sound as soon as the material is not enough (Controlled by a photoswitch). Then Choose raw material feeding from the control screen, the material will be transported to the mixer automatically.
6) The top section of the mixer holds the raw material and feeds the material to the bottom section by the sense of the density sensor.
7) There is a blending device in each section of the mixer to keep material moving continuously.
8) First of all, set up the testing time from the control screen--testing mode like 5 seconds and get to know how much material can be filled within 5 seconds from the scale.
9) The PLC will make record automatically after few times of testing.
10) Calculate how much time you need to fill one particular weight and set up the time from the control screen and then start producing.
11) The filling material waste will be sucked and carried back to the mixer automatically through the recycle dust collection system, so that your operation environments will be clean.

Qingdao Lion Computerized Pillow Machine item no. QL003-PF is one of the latest developed machines according to our customerÆs requirement and experience during using our machine.
It is adjusted by PLC computer system that the whole line can be handled by only 2 operators, one of them is mainly working for raw material feeding and another one works for the 2 fillings that adjusted by control panel.
It requires conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm. normally there are 30% material can be mixed with non-siliconized fiber waste or wool etc. NOTE: The user should ask for confirmation from the seller before change the fillings.
The filling time can be adjusted from the PLC control panel according to the different production size and filling quantity for each pillow case from each filling slot separately.
