Flow wraps are the means of packaging and protecting a product with a flexible material supplied in rollstock format, providing low costs per pack. Items can be wrapped individually, in groups, on cards or in trays. The packages can be equipped with easy opening and reclosability features. In many market segments flow wraps have been a popular pack style for decades.
This horizontal packaging machine is used mainly to pack irregular shaped products such as fish, vegetables, fruits, live fish, roll bandage, etc by wrapping from the bottom side. The machine is controlled electronically by using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) electronic control system. It also has PVC conveyor band to transport or exit the packed products from the packaging line. The machine can pack 200 units per minute.
