5100C Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder

1. Product specialty:
5100C is urea formaldehyde resin powder as binders special for woodworking processing. It owns high bonding strength, low formaldehyde content as well as ideal water resistance. This powder is suitable for the cold pressing and hot pressing project.

3. Dissolving glue powder:
A) mixture ratio:

(according to actual situation)

B) dissolution method:
Put less than 30pbw of the total needed water into mixer, and then add uf powder in. Switch on the mixer with speed of 50~150 rotations / minute, after glue powder being completely dissolved, put the remained water in mixer gradually along with churning. Continue to agitate for further 3~5minutes until the glue solution is completely mixed together again.
C) the user could add hardener into the mixed liquid glue according to actual requirement, and control the active period of dissolved liquid glue.

4. Storage & note
A) storage life: 1 year under temperature lower than 30 c.
B) the goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunshine and moisture.
C) the package should be sealed again immediately once the pack has been opened to avoid moisture.
D) avoid contact with eyes. Once splashed into eyes, flushed out with plenty of clean water. Consults doctor if necessary.
