- up-slide of filling device

- selection & cap selector-blower

- bottle-mouth centering bell device
It can support and ensure filling bottle that the bottle-mouth can correct aim on filler. It hold bottle more stability and reduce the bottle-mouth and filler interfere resulted in spare parts consumption.
- bottle loading & discharge
Bottle loading & discharge through star wheels secure the stable and accurate movement. The timing screw is able to be regulated to match bottle diameter size. The star wheel is easy to be assembled and adjusted for the fixed time & position.
- sealsing heads
After the aluminium closure has been laid on top of each bottle by means of aluminium closure selector, the automatic capper will then lower down tightening up the aluminium closures together with its inner by using pressure block.Then, the pilferproof locking bank will be locked up by driving the pilferproof roller completely down to have the sealing operation come to and end.
- back-flow tank & cip system
Be exhausting the air of bottle and extrhcting over-filling fluid to bst(backflow tank), then pumping the liquid from bst back to pre-process tank for re-process.
- air-beverage separating type overflow filler
Made of stainless steel and sanitary material. All kinds of dirt are easily to accumulate in thread or spring, it does not adapt any parts of this hike. This filler can be disinfected thoroughly and then meet the standard of food sanitation.

Large capacity
With 50 rinshing heads, 40 overflow-filling valves, 15 capping heads, can handle hot filling 500c.C bottle at speed up the 420 bpm.

- external filling barrel
Filling tank, which is separate, is placed outside of the machine. The product through the buffer tank of machine flow to filling valve and then filled into the container. It could increase the filling stability, and external filling barrel are easily washed.
- star wheel & guard device
Bottles are transferred from filler to capper by the bottle neck-ring hanging type star wheel & guard device. Then transferred to discharge convey or by the stirrup-cam type star wheel & guard device.
- electromagnetic type volumetric filling valves
Filling valve, which is adopting electromagnetic type, reacts to the flow then the filling valve closing. It could reach the volume exactly and has a no bottle no fill mechanism.

This machine is specially designed and controlled by check-weight system from METTLER TOLEDO to better control accuracy, suitable filling liquid product to high-viscosity product, and it is commonly used to fill 200L drums manually.
