Fibc Big Bags

Guwwas is a direct manufacturer of FIBC big bags (bulk bags, jumbo bags, super sacks) in Mary, Turkmenistan, with 10 years of production experience in polypropylene packaging.

Standard configurations in production: 85 x 85 x 125 cm and 85 x 85 x 140 cm, four-loop, with the safe working load, fabric weight and lifting design built to the buyer's requirement. Any size, capacity from 500 to 2000 kg, safety factor 5:1 or 6:1.

Options available: top spout / open top / duffle top, bottom discharge spout or flat bottom, PE inner liner, baffle (Q-bag) construction, UV stabilisation, document pocket, dust-proof seams and 1-6 colour printing with buyer branding.

Material: 97% virgin polypropylene (PP S1003) plus masterbatch and additives, woven on circular looms in our own plant - extrusion, weaving, coating, cutting and sewing all in house. Manufactured to GOST standards with batch testing of tensile, seam and loop strength.

Used for grain, flour, rice, sugar, salt, seed, animal feed, fertilizer, chemicals, minerals, cement, sand and construction aggregates.

Capacity: 100-150 tonnes per month, with additional volume through our partner plant. Lead time approximately 15 days for a 10,000 pcs order after advance payment. Terms: 30% on order confirmation, 70% before loading. EXW / FCA Mary or DAP to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Turkey; export customs clearance handled by Guwwas. CT-1 certificate of origin available, giving CIS / EAEU buyers 0% import duty against 10% on Chinese bags.
