Integra Artha Terra offers premium Indonesian Arabica green coffee beans sourced from Indonesia's most renowned highland coffee-growing regions. Our Arabica coffee is cultivated at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,700 meters above sea level, where the combination of volcanic soil, tropical climate, and traditional farming methods produces beans with exceptional flavor complexity.

- Flavor profile: Herbal, spicy, earthy, low acidity, full body
- Screen: 16-18+, Cupping score: 80-85+
- Process: Wet-hulled (Giling Basah)

2. LINTONG (North Sumatra)
- Flavor profile: Floral, citrus, sweet, clean finish, medium body
- Screen: 16-18+, Cupping score: 80-86+
- Process: Wet-hulled (Giling Basah)

3. MANDHELING (Sumatra)
- Flavor profile: Earthy, spicy, chocolate, low acidity, heavy body
- Screen: 15-18+, Cupping score: 78-84
- Process: Wet-hulled (Giling Basah)

4. TORAJA (South Sulawesi)
- Flavor profile: Black tea, citrus, caramel, sweet, medium body
- Screen: 16-18+, Cupping score: 80-85+

Grading according to SCA and SNI 01-2902-2006 standards:
- Grade 1 (SCA 85+): Screen 18+, maximum 10 defects per 300g, specialty grade
- Grade 2 (SCA 80+): Screen 16+, maximum 20 defects per 300g, premium grade
- Grade 3 (SCA 75+): Screen 15+, maximum 30 defects per 300g, good commercial grade
- Grade 4: Screen 14+, maximum 50 defects per 300g, standard commercial grade
