Products Description
The Coconut fiber extracting machineis mainly extract fiber from coconut husk, oil palm, bamboo etc. There is currently a large market for processed coconut husk and fiber is used in mattresses. Coconut peat is used as fertilizer.
The Coconut fiber extracting machine is divided into two types.Double drum and single drum. The double drum is used to process relatively hard materials, such as coconut husk etc. The single-drum can process oil-pressed palm fruit, banana leaves, bamboo, etc.

Working Principle
The working principle of Coconut fiber extracting machine:
1. The material is conveyed to the defibering machine through the scraper conveyor.
2. Through the rapid rotation of the cutter head in the equipment, the coconut husk is separated into coconut fiber and coconut peat.
3. The material is kneaded into fiber by rotating and stirring the equipment, and then discharged through the discharge port. Coconut peat flows out under the screen of the machine.
4. The shredded coconut fiber is directly blowing into the screen to further separate the fiber and peat.
5. The output fiber enters the baler and compresses into bales. Coconut peat is further washed and dehydrated for making briquette or directly sell to market.s.

Reduce moisture inside coconut peat around 50-60%
6.Coconut peat drying machine.
Using hot air dry coconut peat and get final product with moisture 12-15%.
7.Coconut peat block making machine.
Per block weight is customized, normally the block weight is 5kg,In order to facilitate transport.
