Coconut fiber baler machine is designed with large press force which is from 80 tons to 200 tons. Process description of coconut hust processing line
1. Defibering machine process coconut hust into coconut fiber and coconut peat.
2. Drum rotary screen separates coconut fiber and coconut peat.
3. Coconut fibers are baled.
4. Coconut peat is desalted by the pool.
5. The desalted coconut peat is dehydrated by dehydrating machine.
6. Drying coconut peat by drum dryer.
7. Cocomut peat briquetting.

Defibering machine
The coconut coir fiber making machine is a device that can process coconut husk into fiber and peat. The raw materials are fed into the feeding port of the defibering machine through a conveyor or manually. After the raw materials enter the machine, the machine rotates at a high speed through the defibering machine shaft with multiple flying knives to beat coconut hust to make the coconut fiber and peat.
Rotary screen
The rotary screen is mainly used to sieve the fiber and peat from the defibering machine. Because the material is evenly screened from the inside of the defibering machine, there will be a small amount of coconut peat inside the fiber. Therefore, further screening is required.
Dehydrating machine
The dehydrating machine system supporting process is unique, stable, and reliable. The triple equalization structure can make the materials spread more evenly on the top of the filter belt, and the filter cake pressed out has a better effect, bigger output, and lower moisture.
Rotary drum dryer
Dotary drum dryer is also called rotary dryer. The machine is mainly composed of rotary drum, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing devices, etc. The overall structure is reasonably designed, well-made, with high output, low energy consumption, and easy operation.
