Esp Rapping Bearing

Esp Rapping Bearing

ESP Rapping Bearing
The EPS rapping bearing is the key component connecting the rapping shaft and the rapping hammer. Its core function is to support the vibrating shaft and make it rotate continuously and stably under extremely bad working conditions, so as to drive the vibrating hammer to knock the electrode periodically and complete the ash cleaning action.

Typical Applications:
Power Plants: Ensures stable operation of ESP systems in coal-fired and biomass power plants.

Steel Mills: Handles abrasive dust and heavy-duty loads in metallurgical ESP installations.

Cement Plants: Provides reliable support for dust removal systems in high-temperature, dusty environments.

Other Industrial Dust Collection Systems: Suitable for a variety of high-demand ESP configurations, including cold or hot flue gas treatment.
