Working princinple of The continuous rotary furnace
The working principle of the continuous carbonization furnace is that there is a guide plate in the carbonization furnace. After the raw material enters the main carbonization furnace, it moves horizontally under the action of the guide plate with the rotation of the main carbonization furnace, and gradually moves from the feed port to the outlet port, and is carbonized in the moving process. After the feed and discharge of carbon, there are air closures to isolate the air, and the induced draft fan of the carbonization main furnace is used to achieve the oxygen-poor environment in the main furnace during the continuous feed and discharge process.
