The Coconut Husk Fiber Baling Machine is widely used in the compression and packaging of soft materials such as plant fiber (coconut fiber ,coir fiber ,palm fiber, Abaca fiber ), etc. Uniform dimensions for container shipping needs.
Coconut Husk Fiber Baling Machine is designed with large press force which is from 80 tons to 200 tons. This baler is built with high strength and oriented to facilities that handle recyclable wastes of high fibrous, high rebounding force, or high hardness.

All models are driven by hydraulic pressure, and manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected;
There are different ways to turn over the bag, push the bag (side push and forward push) or manually take the bag (package);
There is no need for foot screws for installation, and diesel engines can be used as power in places where there is no power supply;
There are ten levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons for users to choose, and the production efficiency is from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift.
Compression chamber size and bale size can be customized according to customer requirements.
