Lithium Battery Pack Assembly Equipment Features and Process
1. Cells are carefully selected and paired before assembly to eliminate defective units and ensure uniform internal resistance and consistent performance.

2. Battery pack maintains a minimum 2mm gap between adjacent cells, with plastic brackets used to secure them, ensuring safety, stability, and effective heat dissipation.

3. Slotted nickel strips are used for welding, designed for high-current discharge. Low-resistance nickel material, precise welding needles, and stable spot welding machines ensure strong and reliable connections.

4. Different batches of assembled packs undergo prototype testing and cycle life verification, ensuring the final products meet design specifications and provide long-term reliability.

5. The assembly equipment features a lithium battery sorter with adjustable resistance thresholds, allowing fast and versatile sorting for consistent quality.

6.The system includes voltage and internal resistance testing, integrated PC control, high-end drives, and full electric motor configuration, providing comprehensive monitoring throughout the assembly process.
