Standard: Fit for Human Consumption, SGS/CCIC Certified

FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT & PAYMENT TERMS:
Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Non-divisible, Operative DLC (MT700), issued by a Top 25 Bank Each shipment paid via unconditional MT103 against BL + inspection (at loading port).
DLC serves as guarantee/backstop.
Final month paid directly via DLC.

PROCEDURES:
TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI).
Seller issues SCO or FCO directly to the Buyer.
Buyer issues ICPO together with KYC and CIS for compliance.
Issuance of Guarantee
Buyer's bank issues a Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC, MT700) within five (5) banking days and transmits it to the Seller's bank.
Instrument Requirements
The DLC must be: Irrevocable, Non-transferable, Non-divisible, Operative, Renewable, Confirmed by a top-50 international bank
Performance Bond (PB)
Seller issues a 2% Performance Bond within three (3) business days of DLC confirmation, thereby activating the instrument.
Payment Execution
Payment for each shipment is made via unconditional MT103 wire transfer against presentation of standard shipping documents:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- SGS inspection report
