The Deal Work Steps:

The following steps is the deal steps between the buyer and the seller that each deal has to go through:

1 A letter of intent to purchase the required quantity (LOI) specifying the quantity and the shipping distention "port" of the goods [sent from the buyer's email to the seller's email.

2 - A letter of as reply to the LOI "letter of intent" (FCO Special)

3 - Issuance of the Proforma Invoice to fix the quantity and the price by the seller .based on the buyer's desire and to submit it to the bank to Issue the confirmed letter of credit. The Proforma Invoice is issued by the seller after paying it's Fees issued by the buyer .

4 - Issuance of Letter of Credit Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit at Sight MT700 or Pre- advise Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit MT705 via Swift system with full amount of the proforma invoice (from the buyer's bank to the seller's bank and has to be notified by bank)

� 5- The Fifth step: Supplying the contracted goods as per the terms of the letter of credit and its validity agreed upon between the seller and the buyer. That will start after three days from of the Date of Advising the Letter of Credit to The Seller by bank and under the guarantee and responsibility form the bank This step requires us to prepare the required original and official documents to present it to the advising bank for negotiation these documents are SGS test certificate, export Permit, commercial Invoice, certificate of origin insurance policy and packing List to Insure the Progress .

Payment Methods :
By issuing an irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit at .sight MT 700 received, accepted by advising bank and officially advised to the seller through bank official E mail.
Company. undertakes to Issue a bank guarantee (performance bond) of20% of the value of the goods actually sold for any client who opens in our favour:
Confirmed and at sight Letter of Credit MT700 or pre-advise MT705.
