GENERAL INTRODUCTION

COLMAST CW1350 from ADC PLASTIC is produced with the following mixing formula:

Primary Plastic Resins (PE) + Pigment (TiO2) + Processing aid additives (Dispersion aid, Lubricant, ...)

Because White Masterbatch CW1350 contains TiO2 as an ingredient that works effectively in scattering light, contributing to creating high opacity for the final product, and TiO2 can also absorb UV rays, it can help maintain the durability of the final product even in harsh weather conditions.

1. PE Filler masterbatch is a polyethylene based master batch containing 65-80% calcium carbonate. It is grayish white with excellent dispensability.
2. It helps improve for machineâ??s extrusion efficiency and increase film & moldâ??s physical properties.
3. It can be mixed with polyethylene resin for film blowing, casting, extrusion etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, slip resistance, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning and therefore it prevents further environmental pollution.

PE filler masterbatch is used for many applications like blow molding, extrusion, injection, making films, bags, laminate. The products range includes automobile materials, flame retardant plastics, flame retardant reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic alloy, high melt woven plastic, conductive plastic, filler plastic, special engineering plastics etc twelve series thousands of grades.

PP FILLER MASTERBATCH
I. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Vical PP is a filler masterbatch, based on Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3). This product is manufactured in Vietnam by VICO Plastic Vietnam Co., Ltd, widely used to reduce the production cost and improve the plastic product�¢??s characters: improve the surface antifriction, heat stability, toughness, hardness, rigidity and increase specific gravity of products.

Vical PP contains CaCO3, resin, dispersion agent, processing aid. It�¢??s compatible with PP, ABS, PS�¢?�¦ and suitable for PP threading yarn, injection, blow molding, extrusion, etc.

Vical PP content No-Heavy metal and Nonyphenol, this product is completely suitable for food contact.
